Dennis Johns Service Group conducts both preventative and responsive maintenance.

Our preventative maintenance scheme ensures that we provide our client with set parameters for testing their fixed electrical installation with a condition report so that any items found fall into coded works and can be addressed as soon as possible to maintain a safe working system. Also included within this workstream would be fire alarms, emergency lighting and portable appliance testing.

The responsive maintenance team provide operatives that attend to general faults and vandalism; as they are reported on a daily basis, we either fix first time, or repair and make the area safe, returning with new parts to carry out a full repair.

We support our Local Authority and Public Sector clients by ensuring their service-users and residents’ daily lives remain safe and non-disrupted and we help make cost-savings by early detection and prevention. Our Response Team acts within documented response times, carrying out remedial action within a few hours where necessary.
