Details of Services Provided:

Reorganisation and new installation of services to the building to allow for testing laboratories and CEO and Directors offices.

CEO/Directors

Purpose built individual offices with controlled lighting (movement and lux level) to allow for correct lighting levels during occupation and energy saving (lights only on when room occupied and lighting levels falls to set lux level)

Power installed in floor boxes

Controlled window blinds to internal glass partition windows for privacy

Call Centre

Call centre lighting lux level and movement controlled, power for proposed requirements in conjunction with Data requirements

1st Floor

Purpose built testing laboratory, bench trunking to all benches, dedicated supplies to essential testing equipment with UPS back up units. Lighting lux level and movement controlled.

Ground Floor

HR Management Offices all power to requirements. Lighting Lux and movement controlled
2 small laboratories with bench trunking and lux and movement controlled lighting.

Basement

Purpose built lab rooms. New lighting installed with movement sensor controlled (not lux level)

Above ceiling tray work installed to allow for installation of power/lighting and Data
New 3 phase supply for basement and new consumer unit

Roof

New 3 phase consumer unit for Air Con supplies and all associated wiring and tray works to outside condenser units. Lightning protection upgrade to protect new Air Con condenser units.

Additions and alterations to the fire alarm to include interfaces for plant shut down and to release door entry units in fire conditions
